[email protected]. In the subject section, please include Refund Request for (INSERT PLAYERS NAME). Refund requests will be approved by the Regional Board at the next meeting scheduled after the date of the request. A e-mail will be sent to your email address on file with the outcome of your request and if a refund is warranted, you will receive a check in the mail by the close of the season. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE $17.50 NATIONAL MEMBERSHIP FEE CANNOT BE REFUNDED. THIS IS NATIONAL POLICY THAT OUR REGION MUST ABIDE TOO.
